LINCOLN, Neb. – Scottsbluff, Neb., will be one of four host sites for a series of meetings seeking public input on proposed changes to the Water Sustainability Fund rules.
At a June 20 meeting in Kearney, the Natural Resources Commission (NRC) approved going forward to receive public input on proposed changes to the rules (Title 261 of the Nebraska Administrative Code) for the Water Sustainability Fund. The proposed changes can be viewed on the NRC website at https://nrc.nebraska.gov/ under the News and Meetings tab.
NRC officials will be at the Hampton Inn, 301 W. Hwy. 26, in Scottsbluff, beginning at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 2. Additional meetings will be held at the following places and times:
