CUMING COUNTY – The 4-H Outstanding Service Award recognizes a member who has committed his or her time to the Cuming County 4-H program and their club over their entire 4-H career.
This year’s award winner has shown leadership by helping members of his club with the Aerospace club project. He has helped mentor young members with assembly, launch and their written reports. He also volunteered his time at the shooting sports leader certification class that his club organized this past August. He helped to serve the participants meals on Saturday and participated in the practicum for the class on Sunday. By volunteering his time, he helped to certify 47 4-H Shooting Sports leaders throughout the state of Nebraska in which 7 of those were from Cuming County.
This 4-H member also serves as the 4-H club treasurer and is a well-rounded individual. He excels in and out of the classroom and is always willing to step up and lend a hand.
It is with great pleasure that we present the 2023 Outstanding Service Award to Cuming County Sharpshooters Isaac Wooldrik.
