Ricketts saddled up with members of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Rodeo Association for a horseback ride outside of the Capitol to proclaim Rodeo Week in Nebraska. The Rodeo Association will host the 61st Annual UNL Rodeo on April 26th and April 27th at the Lancaster County Event Center. Before joining members of the UNL Rodeo Team for a ride down Goodhue Boulevard, the Governor signed and read a proclamation designating April 21-27 as Rodeo Week from horseback at the Governor’s Residence.
